What Malaysia requires

One document, and it applies to every foreign national: whatever your passport, however you arrive.

  • Malaysia MDAC

    Digital Arrival Card

The Malaysia MDAC (Digital Arrival Card) is Malaysia's official electronic arrival card, a visa-free entry requirement for most foreign travelers. Complete your Malaysia MDAC application online before departure so your arrival card is submitted before you travel.

    What you'll need

Passport details and nationality information, travel details including arrival date, transport mode, and departure point, contact details, email, and phone number, and accommodation address in Malaysia.

    $69.99 per traveler

No Malaysia government fee. Service fee only.

Four steps, and you know all four

Most services show you three. The fourth one is real, so here it is.

  1. 01

    Your trip

When you arrive and leave, and where to email the document.

  2. 02

    Your travelers

Passport details for everyone traveling. Photograph the passport page and we fill it in for you.

  3. 03

    Review and pay

Choose your review speed. Every line itemized before you pay a cent.

  4. 04

    After payment

    Arrival details

    After payment

Airline, flight number and your address in Malaysia. About 2 minutes, once your payment clears.

What it costs

$69.99 per traveler for the Digital Arrival Card. Malaysia charges no government fee, so that is the whole bill.

What $69.99 adds

Someone else carries it

  • An AI checks every answer against Malaysia's rules, then a person reviews it before it goes in.
  • Apply today, whenever your trip is. We submit on the day the window opens.
  • If Malaysia's portal is down or rejects the submission, we keep trying until it goes through.
  • Passport scanning, real-time validation, and a human on chat if it snags.
  • A family of four is one form and one review, not four attempts.

Doing it yourself

imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main (free)

  • The official portal, in your own time. It works.
  • The portal goes down for maintenance and times your session out. Every retry is yours to make.
  • You have to remember the day the window opens, and count back from your arrival yourself.
  • A typo in a passport number is yours to catch, and to fix at the airport.
  • Every traveler entered separately, from scratch, with nobody to ask when a field is unclear.

Faster review is optional at checkout: 2 hours for $30.00, 15 minutes for $35.00. Charged once per application, not per traveler.

Who needs one

Every foreign national entering Malaysia, whatever your passport. Find yours below.

The questions people actually ask

One: the Digital Arrival Card (MDAC). It applies to every foreign national arriving in Malaysia, by air, land or sea. If your nationality also needs a visa, that is a separate application. The MDAC does not replace it.
