What the Singapore SGAC is, in 30 seconds

The Singapore SGAC (SG Arrival Card) with Electronic Health Declaration is Singapore's official digital arrival card, a visa-free immigration requirement for all travelers. Complete your Singapore SGAC online before departure so your arrival card is filed before you travel.

What you'll need

Passport or travel document details, personal particulars (full name, date of birth, nationality), arrival travel details including transport mode and flight number, accommodation address in Singapore, contact details and valid email address, and electronic health declaration information.

Processing time
Usually instant. Your SGAC acknowledgement is generated immediately after submission.
Validity
Valid for the specific trip declared; expires after your arrival date or once the trip is completed.
Entries
Single trip. Submit a new SGAC for each separate entry into Singapore.
At the border
Present your travel document at immigration and keep the SGAC acknowledgement email or PDF available on your phone or as a printout.

Four steps, and you know all four

Most services show you three. The fourth one is real, so here it is.

  1. 01

    Your trip

When you arrive and leave, and where to email the SGAC.

  2. 02

    Your travelers

Passport details for everyone traveling. Photograph the passport page and we fill it in for you.

  3. 03

    Review and pay

Choose your review speed. Every line itemized before you pay a cent.

  4. 04

    After payment

    Arrival details

    After payment

Airline, flight number and your address in Singapore. About 2 minutes, once your payment clears.

What it costs

The application is $99.99 per traveler, charged for at most 2 travelers. That covers a 2 hours review by a person. Faster review is optional, priced below, and never pre-selected.

  • Service fee

    $99.99

per traveler, and never for more than 2. A party of 4 pays the same service fee as a party of 2.

  • Government fee

    None

Singapore charges nothing for the SGAC, so the service fee is the whole bill.

  • Review and submission

    2 hours

Included in the price. A person checks every answer, then submits it. If Singapore is not accepting submissions for your dates yet, we submit within that time of its window opening, and checkout shows you the date before you pay.

2 travelers is $99.99 × 2 = $199.98, and so is 4: the service fee stops at 2 travelers and Singapore charges nothing on top. Faster review is optional and priced below. Every line is itemized before you pay.

Review and submission speed

Every application is checked by a person before it is submitted. Standard is included in the price above. Two faster options are available at checkout, and neither is pre-selected.

  • Standard

    2 hours

    Included in the price above

  • Fast

    1 hour

    +$10.00 per application

  • Ultra Fast

    15 minutes

    +$20.00 per application

Times are counted from the moment we can submit, not from payment. If Singapore is not accepting the SGAC for your dates yet, we hold the application and start the clock when its window opens; checkout shows you that date before you pay. Speeds move your application up our review queue; they do not change how fast the government processes it once submitted, and they are not a guarantee of approval.

What $99.99 adds

Someone else carries it

  • An AI checks every answer against Singapore's rules, then a person reviews it before it goes in.
  • Apply today, whenever your trip is. We submit on the day the window opens.
  • If Singapore's portal is down or rejects the submission, we keep trying until it goes through.
  • Passport scanning, real-time validation, and a human on chat if it snags.
  • A family of four is one form and one review, not four attempts.

Doing it yourself

eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard (free)

  • The official portal, in your own time. It works.
  • The portal goes down for maintenance and times your session out. Every retry is yours to make.
  • You have to remember the day the window opens, and count back from your arrival yourself.
  • A typo in a passport number is yours to catch, and to fix at the airport.
  • Every traveler entered separately, from scratch, with nobody to ask when a field is unclear.

Who needs one

Every foreign national entering Singapore, whatever your passport. Find yours below.

The questions people actually ask

Yes. The official portal is eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard and it costs nothing. We are a paid service: we fill the form in with you, check it against Singapore's rules, submit it on the day the window opens, and keep a human on chat if anything snags. If you would rather do that yourself, do. The link is on this page.
