I fly in three weeks. Am I too early?

No. Vietnam only accepts the PAI from 2 days before you arrive, so applying earlier than that is the normal case, not a mistake. We hold your application and submit it within the review time you picked, counted from the moment the window opens, then email you.

Do you guarantee I'll be let in?

No, and no service can. Entry is always decided by the authorities in Vietnam. What we control is everything before submission: a person reviews each application for errors and missing requirements and flags anything that needs fixing.

What happens right after I pay?

One short form. After payment we ask for your airline, flight number and your address in Vietnam, which takes about two minutes. We ask for it then because it is the part travelers most often do not have when they start. After that you are done, and we email you the PAI once it is issued.

Can I get my money back?

Before we submit it, partially: there is a self-service refund option on your application status page, and the amount depends on how much of the work is already done. The percentages are in our refund policy. Once it has been submitted to Vietnam the service fee is not refundable, because the work has been performed. Government fees and eSIM add-ons are never refundable.
