Where a country will not accept the form until closer to your trip, we hold the application and start the clock when its window opens. Checkout shows you that date before you pay. Any government fee is separate and is due for every traveler, with no cap; a travel eSIM is the only other optional extra. Times are counted from the moment we can submit, not from payment. Speeds move your application up our review queue; they do not change how fast the government processes it once submitted, and they are not a guarantee of approval.
